Day 1-3
Bali

Experience Yogyakarta's rich culture with a stay at Amanjiwo, overlooking the stunning Borobudur Temple. Enjoy a Ramayana Royal Feast and explore Borobudur's ancient carvings. Discover rural life with a village tour by bike or horse cart, visit local artisans, and enjoy traditional Javanese meals, including a private dinner at a local home.

Day 4-8
Komodo

Experience the best of Balinese history, art, culture, and culinary like a local. Stay in the luxurious Capella Ubud and immerse yourself in the local culture by learning how to cook traditional Balinese dishes and joining traditional ceremonies, all in beautiful natural suroundings of Bali.

Day 9-14
Sumba

Immerse in luxury at the breathtaking NIHI Sumba resort. Trek to the stunning Blue Waterfall and enjoy a delicious picnic lunch amidst the natural beauty. Bali : Arrival

Welcome to Bali! Upon arrival at the airport, you will be greeted by your guide at the arrival halls and will transfer you to your accommodation in Munduk, North Bali (approx. 2-2.5 hours drive).

Enjoy the rest of your day at leisure.

Bali: Forests, Lakes and Waterfalls

Head out early today to explore the dramatic landscape of northern Bali. Start with a light hike through Tamblingan forest until you reach the Twin Lakes of Buyan and Tamblingan. Surrounded by towering mountains at 2,000m altitude, you will experience downhill forest trekking through the pristine jungle of the caldera gorge before arriving at the lakeside. It is here where you will board your canoe for a gentle ride across the lake.

Once across the lake, reach a beautiful private meadow where a Campervan will await you. Overlooking Lake Tamblingan, enjoy the live cooking of your breakfast while being close to nature. You can also join for a short cooking lesson and learn how to make Balinese offerings.

After breakfast, head to Banyumala twin waterfalls, a beautiful split waterfall at the end of a light 20-minute hike through the jungle. Return to your resort for the rest of the day at leisure.

Bali: Ulun Danu Bratan Temple & Jatiluwih Rice Terrace

Check-out of your hotel and start the drive to Ubud.

On route, stop at Ulun Danu Bratan Temple, an iconic temple often seen on many a Balinese postcard. This temple is dedicated to the Balinese water goddess Dewi Danu, and many ceremonies and offerings take place here. Continue to, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Jatiluwih Rice Terrace. Take a short or medium trek through the lush and soothing rice terrace.

After the tour, we will continue driving for another 1.5 hours to your resort in Ubud. Once you arrive, you’ll be checking in and enjoy the rest of the day at your accommodation.

Bali: Sidemen Countryside

Check-out early today from your hotel and transfer to Sidemen (aprrox. 60 mins). Enjoy a half day exploring the beautiful Sidemen countryside. Meet local Balinese weavers and witness the ancient techniques passed down for generations. Then, go for a walk through the valley, see local working farmers in the field and learn more about their everyday life. Gather together in the kitchen for a short cooking lesson to prepare three small Balinese
specialties while learning more about local liquor and herbal drinks "jamu". Learn how to make Balinese offerings and how to write your name in Balinese Sanskrit on dry palm leave. Finally, enjoy traditional Balinese lunch in the middle of this lush sanctuary.

In the afternoon, continue to Manggis, check-in and enjoy the afternoon at leisure.

Bali: Private Bali Asli Cooking Class

Depart the hotel this morning to travel to the rural location of the Bali Asli Cooking Class. Join the chefs to visit Amlapura morning market to buy the produce for the day’s menu. Help carry the shopping and sample some produce and absorb some real Balinese action in the hustle and bustle of the market. Return to Bali Asli and learn how to prepare traditional flower offerings, “canang” before cooking your lunch using traditional equipment and techniques.

Bali - Labuan Bajo

Check out from the hotel in the morning and fly to Labuan Bajo. Meet your Magia II crew in the Arrivals Hall who will take you by car transfer to harbour to board your boat (Approx. 20-minute drive).

Set sail on your Komodo Islands private charter! Please note that this itinerary in Labuan bajo is only a sample itinerary. It will be tailored to the activities you want to focus on and is changeable depending on weather and underwater currents at the time of the charter.

The Cruise Director welcomes you aboard while the chef concocts a delicious meal to be served on deck. Set sail towards Kanawa where you will spend theafternoon relaxing on pristine white sand beaches, cooling off in the vivid turquoise ocean, or exploring coral reefs which teem with marine life. Keep an eye out for dolphins, which love to swim alongside the bow. A short sail to Sebayor Island. Here, you can experience exquisite sunset views. The day is not over yet, we will cruise toward Sebayor Island to witness a magnificent sunset after a short 20 min hike to the top of the island.

Labuan Bajo: Meet the Dragons

Take this opportunity for an encounter with the legendary Komodo dragons. Meet your ranger at Soro Liah station who will take you for an early trek across the bushes of the park. Spot the wild deers, and the peaceful buffaloes, and follow your guide on the trail of the endemic Komodo Dragon. Jump back on board for sumptuous lunch and enjoy a smooth sailing and a chill afternoon at the iconic Pink Beach, and snorkel or dive through spectacular walls of fish looking out for blue ribbon eels and crocodile fish. Here you can swim through caves, somersault through chimneys, and marvel at the coral canyons.

In the evening, our wonderful staff will set up a spectacular beach BBQ at sunset where you can lay back and watch the glittering heavens come alive.

Labuan Bajo: Padar Island

Spend a lazy or an active day, as your mood dictates. A climb up Padar’s verdant slopes will yield spectacular 360 degrees views across the park landscape and the island’s four bays, fringed with grey or white sand. Resident wildlife includes sea eagles, deers, and goats. Under the water, Pillarsteen has four large pinnacles covered in soft corals, as well as canyons, caves, swim-throughs, and chimneys. Watch out for the brightly colored red and purple fire urchins.

From Nusa Kode, spend the morning sailing along the west coast of Rinca Island towards central Komodo National Park. Mauan’s superb reef is teeming with turtles and can be appreciated by divers and snorkelers as well. Mauan harbors a sporadic manta ray cleaning station, where the animals congregate to have cleaner fish remove parasites and other organisms from their skin. A short sail after that and you will be in Siaba Besar Bay for an
evening surrounded by mangroves. After an afternoon basking in the sun and the turquoise waters, you will be moored on Kelong Island to observe the thousands of bats fly away at sunset and a last BBQ on a private beach.

Labuan Bajo - Sumba

After breakfast onboard, disembark your boat and take a car transfer to the airport.

Fly from Labuan Bajo to Tambolaka. Upon arrival in Sumba, meet our representative and take a car transfer to Cap Karoso Sumba (approx. 40 minutes).

Check-in and at leisure. The resort activities manager will come to discuss with you the programme of activities you may want to include during your stay. Optional activities: Cultural exploration, hiking, cycling, surfing & water sports, or indulge in meditation, yoga & spa.
